A major enhancement is coming to Process Adherence—users will soon be able to set targets and track them directly within Process Analysis. This feature provides deeper insights and drives more actionable decisions, improving how process adherence is monitored.
We've introduced a new visualization for Initiatives, offering a flow chart view that maps out initiatives and their associated epics. This provides a clearer, more structured representation of work progression.
We’re in the final stages of resolving a few remaining bugs, and the Data Management update will be ready for release soon.
The Okta integration is technically ready, but deployment is on hold while we focus on resolving existing system issues to ensure overall platform stability.
To improve integration stability and scalability, a change to the queuing system is in progress. This will enhance data ingestion speed and make it easier to onboard new systems efficiently. The transition is being executed quickly, with updates to follow.
This week, 34 updates were deployed in a single release, introducing significant improvements across the platform. This marks a major milestone in expanding functionality while maintaining high stability.
Ongoing optimizations and fixes are being deployed to improve system performance and stability. Additional improvements are planned to further enhance efficiency and reliability.

We've introduced a new customization feature that allows points and task terminology to be adjusted throughout the entire application, improving flexibility for different workflows.
A new chart in Process Analysis enables side-by-side comparison of sprints across all existing measures, providing deeper insights into performance trends over time.
We've added projection lines to Strategy, allowing for better visibility into expected initiative completion based on current progress and trends.
The Process Map now supports viewing data by Cycle Time and Cost, offering additional ways to analyze work efficiency and financial impact.
The Risk Analysis module has been redesigned with a new layout, updated charts, and expanded insights, including Risk by Epic and Risk by Change Request.
Work is now attributed to the team that performs the work, rather than the team that owns the epic. This provides more accurate reporting of team efforts within Strategy.
We've introduced an optional weighted algorithm for calculating Initiative Status in Strategy. This considers time remaining, focus levels, and progress on tasks, providing a more dynamic assessment of initiative health.
Sub-tasks can now be properly removed from projects, ensuring smoother task management.
The Financial Task View now correctly bounds tasks to completed work, providing more accurate reporting.
Updates to the Process Map ensure that tasks that never entered a "Doing" state are now properly included in visualizations. Additionally, we've addressed various bugs and implemented performance enhancements across custom calculations, work period calculations, and overall system performance.
UI improvements have also been made to resolve visual inconsistencies, particularly those caused by long names and formatting issues.
